As a member of the AI/GenAI Squad you will actively contribute to the development and deployment of AI and generative AI solutions for Thales employees. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative models to create intelligent systems that optimize various aspects of our internal operations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, designers, and domain experts to deliver innovative products that leverage the power of artificial intelligence to generate creative and novel outputs. JOB OBJECTIVE:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the IS/IT department to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for integrating AI and generative AI technologies to improve employee experiences and operational efficiency. Collect, preprocess, and curate diverse datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for AI model development. Apply advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning and generative AI, to analyze data, extract insights, and develop predictive models. Research and experiment with generative AI models, such as LLM, to create synthetic data and generate realistic outputs for various use cases. Design and implement AI-powered solutions to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making for our employees. Develop and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants to provide personalized support and assistance to employees across different departments. Collaborate with IT professionals to integrate AI models and algorithms into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Continuously evaluate and optimize AI models, fine-tuning parameters and architectures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Design and develop data visualization tools and interactive interfaces to showcase AI-generated outputs and insights in a user-friendly manner. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in AI, machine learning, and generative modeling, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our solutions and strategies
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Tools:
Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
Expertise:
Solid understanding of deep learning architectures Including CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks) LLMs (Large Language Models) Open sourced deep learning models as well as experience in training and fine-tuning pre-trained models Familiarity with generative AI techniques and frameworks, such as LLMs, text-to-image models, and Transformer model Experience in generating synthetic data and creating realistic outputs. · Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques to enhance the quality and diversity of training data. · Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools for text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
Educational:
Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
