Job Description
Publicis Media MENA is seeking a graduate for an Ad Operations Executive role to service clients across all brand agencies. The position plays a vital role in clients’ digital marketing campaigns and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Provide TAAG Ad Operations services to clients across Publicis Media MENA brand agencies, including but not limited to, Starcom, Spark Foundry, Zenith and Digitas. Support the AdTech Manager and the Ad Operations team in the following areas:+ Setting up (trafficking), auditing and troubleshooting digital marketing campaigns in Ad Server, including but not limited to Google Campaign Manager and Sizmek.
+ Accommodating the standardized taxonomy in the Ad Server trafficking process.
+ Deploy/ implement or get up to speed with new AdTech/ MarTech tools as and when required.
- Such as Ad Servers, Tag Management Systems, Ad Verification, Dynamic Creative Optimizers, App Analytics, Site Analytics, Data Management Platforms and Content Management Systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or equivalent practical experience. Must be a be a self-starter with the ability to learn on the job. Ability to be an creative and a business focused problem solver, with:+ High attention to detail, process driven and logical
+ Ability to demonstrate critical thinking when problem-solving,
+ Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
Proficient analytical and Excel skills, with an aptitude to get up to speed on new technologies swiftly.+ Bonus - Experience in programming languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL and cloud services e.g. BigQuery.
+ Bonus – Experience in AdTech and MarTech:
- Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek Ad Server, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
- AdWords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Linked Ads, Ad verification vendor .
- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management and App Analytics vendors.
Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative and team-oriented environment, including:+ Ability to work with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base,
+ Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines,
+ And keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and procedures.
