Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Create captivating and visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design briefs that meet the objectives of each project.
3. Design and produce marketing materials, including logos, banners, and advertisements, that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our products and services.
4. Ensure that all visual elements are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your design skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
6. Present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into the final design.
7. Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production and delivery of printed materials.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Preferably experienced in the Pharma Industry
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both digital and print materials.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
