- Reach POS weekly/monthly target and maintain raking standard
- Handle the opening and closing of the shop and maintain work area in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the marketed brand in charge of, in order to answer satisfactorily all clients’ questions in that respect and reach set target
- Secure adequate storage, shelving and visibility in POS
- Optimize stock management and ensure healthy stock levels
- Conduct post/pre sales follow-up calls
- Maintain distinguished relations with POS owner and staff
- Create and update POS clients’ database
- Provide recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales and retention tools
- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Store Manager regarding store activities, to keep everything monitored and take immediate actions when necessary
