Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in software integrations, API development, and system architecture,
preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles, techniques, and best
practices.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B
testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make
data-driven decisions.
- Effective leadership and team management skills with experience leading and
developing a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across
teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines,
and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integration strategies to connect various
software systems and tools, such as CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, and marketing
automation tools.
- Manage a team of integration specialists responsible for implementing and maintaining
integrations across different platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers,
marketers, and designers, to define integration requirements and prioritize projects.
- Oversee the implementation of tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to measure and
analyze user behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization of conversion funnels, user journeys, and
website performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize
conversion rates and improve key performance indicators.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of integrations
and CRO initiatives, including recommendations for further optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to
integrations and conversion rate optimization.
