Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and
campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and promote our products or services.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing. The
ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will work together with the marketing Manager on:
Managing CTS website design, content, and layout by communicating with graphic
designers/ agency/content creators on amendments and following execution. (e-
commerce experience is a plus).
Researching and creating content and developing email campaigns and newsletters,
brochures, leaflets, and presentations, by collecting partners' information, researching
through it, and developing them to target CTS clients.
Researching and supporting the marketing strategies through new material and
trends for promotional presentations and following up on strategies execution and
timelines.
Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all
resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as
needed.
Helping in establishing internal communication through various visuals and content,
maintaining communication internally and externally in the event of an exhibition or
tradeshow.
Helping in developing offline and online campaign digital marketing strategies that
promote the company’s products or services online and offline.
Monitoring website analytics to identify which marketing strategies are most effective,
keeping an eye on a weekly basis for the website content and design updates.

Experienced in branding and positioning
Capable of working for multiple brands at the same time
Education
Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
