About the job Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their department and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Development and monitoring of the marketing strategy, vision and plans.
- Defining the key KPIs to monitor for marketing and provide performance tracking of these.
- Analyzing performance, sharing insights and proposing initiatives to drive growth of the business.
- Identifying market trends, new opportunities and tools to better improve our efficiency and performance.
- Manage the budget cycle (allocation of spend, monitoring spend, budget forecasting, budget estimates, reallocation of funds and investment proposals) across the region for marketing.
- Manage and optimize customer experience and flow.
- Manage projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomous, well organized, and results-oriented
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change
- Creative, innovative, and proactive thinking
- Possess leadership qualities and ability to collaborate across teams
