Job Description

Job Purpose

Develop,implement, and monitor strategic and tactical marketing programs &initiatives that will result in achieving outstanding brand & salesperformance (quantitative & qualitative targets).


Has theresponsibility to uncover consumer insights and contribute to innovativestrategic & tactical marketing initiatives that build the brand equity,increase consumer awareness, drive trial, and generate loyalty in order to growmarket share and allow the achievement of the company's net sales &profitability targets.


Performduties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.




Duties And Responsibilities

On Marketing


•Conduct needed research/data gathering (on trends, market situation & competition), brainstorming sessions and analysis to uncover consumer insights and opportunities allowing the development of innovative strategic & tactical marketing initiatives
•Ensure excellence in the execution of marketing initiatives to build the equity of the brand, increase consumer awareness, drive trial and generate loyalty in order to grow market share and successfully launch new products
•Timely coordinate with design/communication team to have all Marketing initiatives (ATL, BTL, PR/events/exhibitions..) ready for implementation within deadlines (comprehensive briefing & validation through qualitative/quantitative testing)
•Optimize brand visibility in POS and follow-up on all active markets ensuring perfect in-store exploitation; Ensure the timely availability of POSM/marketing material
•Ensure that all distributors are provided with needed tools & support, and are aligned on the brand's positioning & priorities allowing them to deliver upon exposure, visibility & distribution targets
•Ensure continuous 4Ps alignment with brand's strategic direction and agreed positioning
•Ensure the ROI and effectiveness (meeting set KPIs) of executed marketing activities
•Conduct market visits and ensure that marketing initiatives are properly implemented and that brand penetration/visibility is in accordance with set strategy; Identify and point out any unseen opportunities for growth


On Reporting


•Establish and maintain frequent channels of contact with Cosmaline's distributors to keep them updated and aligned with set objectives and analyze what went well/wrong, the ROI of past month initiatives, competition activities, learning & opportunities
•Contribute with the team in the development of Cosmaline brand annual marketing plan for all markets
•Submit upon request any needed report in a timely manner
