We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Intern to work with us remotely.
The internship duration is 6 months and could be renewable.

What you will bring along:



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. The Recruitment Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in global recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions. Conduct recruitment data analysis to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies. Assist in salary benchmarking activities to ensure competitive compensation packages. Support the HR team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements



What you will bring along:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree would be a plus. 1 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
