Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative with a background in construction and building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of selling building materials to contractors and construction companies. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep knowledge of construction materials and their applications. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and other potential clients.
  3. Promote and sell building materials to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  5. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative in the construction industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
  6. Good time management and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  8. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  9. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  10. Valid driver's license.
