SCCM Customer Engineer – Lebanon (Remote)
This position requires fluency in French, both verbally and in writing. Position Overview:
SCCM Customer Engineers are responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and related endpoint management technologies. As trusted advisors, they collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions that optimize the performance, security, and reliability of their IT infrastructure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to assess their SCCM infrastructure, identify technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on best practices for design, implementation, and optimization.
• Configure, deploy, and manage SCCM environments, including software distribution, patch management, operating system deployment, and endpoint protection.
• Create, test, and distribute common operating systems, application packages, scripts, batch programs to provide software delivery/packaging and configuration management of the computing platform environment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SCCM, such as client deployment problems, software update failures, and compliance issues.
• Implement security measures and compliance policies to protect endpoint devices and ensure regulatory compliance within SCCM environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Networking, and Infrastructure, to integrate SCCM with other systems and ensure seamless interoperability.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on SCCM capabilities and empower them to effectively manage their endpoint infrastructure.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft product updates related to SCCM, and provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers.
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft SCCM in enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in SCCM architecture, configuration, and administration, including experience with migration, upgrade, and troubleshooting projects.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of SCCM tasks.
• Knowledge of other System Center products, especially Virtual Machine Manager, Service Manager, Orchestrator and Data Protection Manager.
• Knowledge of endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Windows Autopilot is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
