Job Description
The profile will be in charge of setting up the whole SDR department. We are looking for a person able to define the ideal strategy, but also to build and train his team.
The main assignments will be:
- Manage and organize the prospecting channels
- Outbound sales and mass mailing strategy to acquire new clients
- Initial contact with the outgoing prospect
- Manage the targets: responsible for achieving the team's objectives
- Support the performance of each member of the team: (coaching, setting up campaigns and targeting strategies, sourcing prospects, building messages)
- Setting goals, monitoring performance, implementing action plans
- Participate in the recruitment & the training of the SDR team
- Work hand in hand with the Growth Hacking team (data scrapping / mass mailing)
- Ensure proper use of tools and data quality
- Improve processes and workflows in coordination with the different departments
- Report performance to the board members
Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or a sales / commercial position
- Solid software operational knowledge including excel, CRM...
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building including charisma, negotiation, Management... Flexible to work long hours as demanded by projects, to multi-task HARD and to be enough greedy and motivated by commissions
- Understand the requirements of different players within supply chain industry
- BA/BS degree is a plus but not mandatory, soft skills are the most important
- Good Analytical, Negotiation and Problem-solving skills
- Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated, and good team player. You bring good mood and motivation by leading your team daily
- Person of values and trust (very important at DocShipper)
- You have an appetite for the startup world and want to be part of a great adventure with strong growth and therefore many opportunities
- Bilingual in French / English. No accent in French (like a French). This is mandatory
