Job Description
Technical & Product
• 4+ years of work experience with a proven track record of great work.
• Able to fully lead on projects throughout the Pre-Production, Production & Post-Production phases.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
• Capability to follow and execute a strong reliable process that can efficiently help the agency craft the creative output across all clients and brands.
• Able to identify the right production module that can best suit each project.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
• Operational competence, delivering the highest standard product for clients at the most effective cost, timeframe, and production value.
• Be part of initiatives that can strengthen our relationship with clients/helping them succeed and execute good work, while elevating the creative output coming out from the agency.
People & Leadership
• High integral standards work ethics, with a transparent and credible mindset.
• Hard working, great team player and fully invested in the production world.
• Help grow, educate, and support the entire team, across all functions, help them preempt possible problems and help them find their solutions
• Manage internal and external resources and make sure everyone is aligned on their role and that they deliver
