Your Team
The PAC team, a crucial part of the Client Services department, provides Murex customized external client technical support for the Middle East and Africa business unit. We are actively seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing client satisfaction with the current MX.3 platform by constantly following on cases that require high technical problem-solving skills. You will have to ensure that best practices are applied to production environments, and you will have the opportunity to contribute on and oversee a diverse range of non-functional requirements in implementation and upgrade projects, such as:
Infrastructure hardware sizing
Disaster Recovery
Platform security
Monitoring
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and product teams.
Your Role
Delivering a robust technical solution that meets client requirements.
Ensuring the maintainability, scalability, and testability of MX.3.
Leveraging your knowledge and experience to handle client production for MX.3 through CRM support cases.
Building deep technical expertise and a strong relationship with clients to deliver high-quality support.
Collaborating between various teams in client services and development departments.
Contributing to enhancing the product by advocating for fixes and contributing to innovative features in the platform.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
0-3 years relevant experience in a relevant technical domain
Programming Skills: Java or C and any interpreted language.
Database Skills: SQL query building and performance analysis.
Operating Systems power user skills: Linux – Bash scripting
Familiarity with Java profiling and debugging tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn the latest Murex technologies.
Passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to work under pressure in operations and support scopes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good team player, capable of interacting with our team across different regions.
