Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Optimize network solutions and practices to meet technical and business objectives. 
• Provide a technology infrastructure that is highly available, effective, and efficient.
• Develop documents for different project phases HLD, LLD, NIP and NRFU.
• Coordination with different vendors and partners as part of vendor and partner management.
• Deliver Network Solutions POCs.
• Participate in the pre-sales process to understand customer business, technical objectives, and product requirements.
• Continuously monitor network performance metrics to identify potential issues and optimize resource utilization.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and policies for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to explain technical issues and solutions.
• Participate in project planning and budgeting for network-related initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems escalated from lower support tiers, potentially involving complex hardware and software configurations.
• Configuration of IP networks including IP Routing protocols EIGRP, ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and QoS operation and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Computer, IT engineering.
• 4 + years of previous work experience as a networking engineer, preferably with Internet & Technology organisation.
• Experiences in Configuring and troubleshooting VPN (SSL, DMVPN, Remote access and GRE over IPSEC VPN…).
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP enterprise core, MTCNA, MTCRE.
• Technical report writing skills.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, technical investigative skills.
