Main Duties:

• Accurately and efficiently set up machines, materials, and jobs according to supporting documentation
• Monitor and operate the starch system, double backer, single facer, and glue kitchen to maximize high-quality production output
• Prepare, adjust, and align liner rolls, splices, preheaters, and reinforcement components
• Continuously monitor operations, perform quality checks on boxes, and troubleshoot issues to minimize defects
• Accurately complete all data entry, production logs, safety metrics, and quality reports in a timely manner
• Prepare, tag, and store down (butt) rolls, and safely operate forklifts to move materials
• Perform minor preventive maintenance, submit repair work orders, and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Adhere to production schedules, assist team members during downtime, and communicate timely updates to supervisors
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies, participate in training, and support the development of fellow team members

What skills do you need:

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing; corrugated packaging and forklift certification are assets
• Competent in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting production machinery
• Strong commitment to health, safety, housekeeping, and strict quality standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine preventive maintenance
• Good computer literacy, accurate record-keeping, and strong English communication
• Reliable, proactive team player with an accountable approach to work
• Sound decision-making skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot issues
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and develop new skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
