Key duties would be:

Dynamics NAV Administration:


Navision version W1 13.1



  • Managing user accounts and access permissions to ensure appropriate system security and role-based access.
  • Setting up and configuring user profiles to align with departmental requirements.
  • Handling data imports and exports to support operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Generating and distributing standard reports to support business decision-making.
  • Troubleshooting common issues such as application access failures, remote session connectivity problems, and unlocking user sessions caused by improper logouts.
  • Managing audit trails for the business within Dynamics Nav.
  • Manage type of request that need to go to the Navision service provider.

IT Support and Coordination:


  • Language English, French and Creole
  • Performing basic IT troubleshooting (365/Windows/Printing/Teams/Hardware);supporting users with best practices and acting as local point of contact for global support in case of complex issues.
  • Overseeing stock and build locations to ensure users have the necessary IT tools while maintaining control over inventory within the Stock/IT office in alignment with the global support field engineer
    • Note: Distribution of stock is not for this purpose; users must follow the formal ServiceNow (SN) request process for tool allocation.
  • Supporting inventory management and coordinating with vendors for local deliveries when required.
  • Managing mobile devices and SIM cards for the site, including coordination with various service providers.
  • Providing technical assistance to Concept Stores, particularly in resolving connectivity and printing issues acting as local point of contact for global support vendors on site. There are 6 sites that will need to be supported.
  • Assist LITO with escalating Network issues be it with Wi-Fi or Lan, acting as local point of contact when required.
  • Supporting local IT projects in agreement with LITO, acting as local point of contact and coordinator when required.IT/OT support in the Production environment such as Label printing support and security CCTV systems and other IT/OT technologies at the site.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience
