The role:



We are looking for an experienced Personal assistant to support the General manager in the whole variety of activities we have in the business.

Your Responsibilities:



To make the necessary planning in line with the business agenda of the manager To follow up and finalize all private and official correspondence of the manager Following the manager's activities To make and manage all the necessary preparations to welcome and host incoming visitors Making meeting preparations, creating meeting notes and reports when necessary, and delivering them to the relevant people To conduct research on the subjects requested by the manager, to gather information and to provide support in all business matters for which she/he is responsible. Recording all incoming official correspondence and delivering it to the relevant departments. Organizing outgoing official correspondence, recording and numbering them, and delivering them to the relevant institution. To prepare and keep ready the requested documents, reports and presentations

General Qualifications:



Graduated from a University Excellent level of English & French Able to use MS Office programs effectively SAP program knowledge is an advantage Responsible, planned, careful, task follower, solution-oriented, team player Well-coordinated, analytical thinking and time management skills Friendly, dynamic and have strong communication skills Located full time onsite in Casablanca
