About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Assistant Outlet Manager - All Day Dining:
We currently have an opportunity for Assistant Outlet Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into our F&B Director, Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
Our Ideal Assistant Outlet Manager candidate will have:
One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
