Experienced Data Scientist - SQL / Python / GCP | Rabat (Morocco)

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Joining the Digital Factory Supply Chain to support forecasting and optimization topics using data and advanced analysis
• Designing, structuring, and industrializing forecasting calculation tools (store demand forecasting, warehouse load forecasting, supply chain optimization)
• Structuring, planning, and coordinating the team's work in collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Owners, and business teams
• Aligning analytical and technical solutions with business and company goals
• Supervising, guiding, and supporting the skill development of more junior profiles
• Ensuring best practices in Data Science and software development (quality, maintainability, performance, industrialization)
• Arbitrating technical choices and contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies and solutions
• Actively participating in modeling, analysis, and industrialization topics as a senior contributor

Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university with a specialization in IT, or with equivalent significant experience.

Experience: between 5 to 7 years

Required Skills:

• Excellent command of SQL / BigQuery for exploring, transforming, and analyzing large-scale data
• Excellent command of Python for analysis, modeling, and industrialization
• Good command of GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Good command of Git and collaborative development best practices
• Good command of DBT
• Solid command of the complete Data Science project lifecycle (collection, preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment)
• Proven experience in industrializing Machine Learning solutions in a cloud environment
• Good command of large-scale data manipulation issues
• Good understanding of business issues related to supply chain, forecasting, and optimization
• Command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog)
