Position:
Reporting to the Head of the HR Department, the HR Development Officer position is a versatile role. Its main responsibilities are divided according to the following tasks:
• Develop, propose, and implement the human resources development policy in terms of recruitment and mobility, career management, performance appraisal systems, and skills development;
• Analyze the company's human resources processes and operations;
• Meet with various company Managers to gather their vision and expectations regarding human resources projects;
• Monitor the policy for senior executives:
- Mobility and job openings
- Career Management
- Career path
- Performance Management
- Job classification and weighting
• Build the HR project(s) by highlighting the objectives, necessary resources, intervention plan, etc.;
• Implement projects in coordination with other HR managers (operational or functional);
• Ensure reporting to management on the progress of projects;
• Analyze obstacles encountered;
• Regulate and coordinate group HR development activities
• Conduct external monitoring of HR practices in companies of equivalent size.
Profile sought:
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management, you have first experience in an HR department and have handled recruitment, training, and skills management.
