Responsibilities

Location  : Kenitra WH Plant


  • Manage new projects, including validation planning for equipment/products per guidelines and customer specs
  • Capture and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Develop control plans, inspection standards, and checklists
  • Ensure proper execution of dimensional checks and operator validations
  • Implement and monitor corrective & preventive actions for quality issues
  • Track and improve quality KPIs (IPPM, DPPM, RPPM, COPQ)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures
  • Participate in FMEA, risk assessments, and engineering change implementation
  • Conduct product, process, and periodic audits; ensure rework and control plan execution
  • Lead quality operations: manage teams, handle customer complaints, run audits/meetings, and report performance


Education Requirements
  • Technical degree.


Experience Requirements
  • Competencies in Team Management
  • 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge in 8D approach.
  • Good knowledge in APQP / PSW


Languages
  • Good level in communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
