Management Trainee Program - Operations

As a Production and Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of dairy production facilities. Your responsibilities will span both production processes and equipment maintenance.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety

Your responsibilities will include ( but are not limited to ):

Production Process Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze dairy production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulation

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance checks on dairy processing equipment (such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and filling machines).
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance tasks.

Quality Control and Assurance :

• Conduct quality checks on dairy products at various stages of production.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations from standards.
• Maintain accurate records related to quality assurance.

Inventory Management:

• Manage spare parts inventory for dairy machinery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of replacement parts.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and operational needs.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry regulations related to dairy production and maintenance.
• Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce new technologies or equipment.

Training and Support:

• Train production staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical support during equipment installation or upgrades.
