Job Description
As part of the EU & Africa IT team at the Rabat Tech Center in Morocco, you provide day-to-day operational support for Lear’s Palantir Foundry platform. You ensure applications, dashboards, data products, and pipelines remain stable, reliable, and effective after project delivery, helping business users maximize the value of Foundry in their daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support for Palantir Foundry applications, dashboards, and data products.
- Manage incident triage, investigation, and resolution to maintain platform availability and performance.
- Support business users by troubleshooting issues and explaining application functionality, dashboards, and data outputs.
- Monitor data pipelines, application health, and data freshness to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze logs, job failures, and data anomalies to diagnose problems and support root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Foundry developers and data engineers to escalate defects, validate fixes, and improve platform stability.
- Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify recurring issues and improve support processes through automation, standardization, and operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in application support, data support, or IT operations roles.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, dashboards, and SQL-based data investigations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with experience using ticketing systems and incident management processes.
