Job :

Join a Private Clinic in the sector as a Pharmacy Assistant. This position is based in Al Hoceima, in the heart of a vibrant region. Your main mission will be to contribute to the smooth running of our pharmacy and to offer quality service to our clientele.



The goal is to ensure rigorous stock management, actively participate in the dispensing of medicines and health products, while guaranteeing a personalized welcome and advice to patients. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and compliance with good pharmaceutical practices.



Your responsibilities will include:



  • Assure the reception, control, arrangement, and storage of medicines and medical devices in accordance with current procedures.
  • Manage pharmaceutical stocks: monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, place orders, and restock the clinic's various departments.
  • Prepare and distribute medicines and medical devices to care units according to validated requests.
  • Participate in periodic inventories and ensure the reliability of stock movements.
  • Ensure the traceability of pharmaceutical products and compliance with storage procedures.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist and the medical and nursing teams to ensure the availability of products necessary for patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, quality rules, and current regulations within the clinic's pharmacy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hospital-standard compliant work environment.


Required profile :

For this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Training in Medical / Paramedical, Health / Social, or healthcare professions will be particularly appreciated.



A professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar environment is desired. This experience will have allowed you to develop a good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales techniques.



We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in pharmacy management software is an asset. Key skills include:



  • Great rigor and a keen sense for following procedures.
  • Ability to work in close collaboration with medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
  • Ability to handle the reception, storage, management, and distribution of medicines and medical devices to the clinic's various departments.
