We are seeking a talented Sales Support to play a key role in supporting our commercial activities and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely support. This is exciting opportunity is based in Had Souhalem, Morocco!

- Knowledge of West African markets
- Experience supporting commercial teams serving international customers
- Exposure to the ingredients, flavors, fragrances, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage
What Makes You the Right Fit
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial support, customer service, sales support, logistics, or supply chain in an international environment
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce (SFDC) preferred
- Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- French proficiency (minimum B-level writing and reading)
