About the location:


This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

1.    PURPOSE


Reporting directly to the Floor Supervisor, the Senior Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and supplying of guest rooms and the comfort of all hotel guests as set by the hotel procedures and standards. The Senior Room Attendant will be expected to maintain excellent quality of work while meeting productivity & Standards expectations


 2.    RESPONSIBILITIES


a)    Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.  Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.


 b)    Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.


 c)    Report to work on time.  Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.


 d)    Pick-up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions.  Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe id card in/out and floor keys.  Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.


 e)    Clean & Inspect guest rooms following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.


 f)    Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.


 g)    Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Hotsos.


 h)    Report any items found in check-out rooms to Security and Housekeeping.


 i)    Perform other duties as assigned by management.


 j)   Check with floor supervisor and Assistant Housekeepers for the list of names of VIP and other guests,  Self Inspect all rooms arrivals and Special Attention rooms very carefully, ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been completed.
