We are looking for a talented Project Specialist to join us. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead technical and industrial projects from feasibility study through commissioning and start-up.
  • Manage project scope, costs, timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, supplier consultations, and vendor follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance of installations with GMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee equipment qualification, validation, and acceptance activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and industrial performance optimization

Qualifications:


We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:


  • Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise in cleanroom design and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14644-4 and EU GMP Annex 1 requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach.
  • Good command of both French and English.
