Completion Responsible 
 
Contract period: ASAP - 31.12.2026
Location: Stavanger

Main tasks:
  • Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS in line with project requirements and company standards
  • Secure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS
  • Maintain data quality and alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines to enable efficient project execution and handover
  • Drive proper scope management
  • Ensure handover certificates (RFCC, RFOC) are properly coordinated, documented, and approved according to project requirements
  • Facilitate handover reviews
  • Promote collaboration between project teams, contractors, and operations to achieve transparent, safe, and efficient completion processes
  • Safeguard compliance with Company’s HSE principles, management system, and technical standards throughout all completion phases
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes, system functionality, and best practices for project completion and commissioning management

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in oil and gas projects within engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. Sub-sea experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PIMS CMS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong competence within LCI processes and documentation requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Focused on HSSE and quality in all project phases
