In this role, you'll ensure the seamless availability of goods for Alstom projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Day-to-day, you will closely engage with teams across the organization (Procurement, Engineering, Production), manage supplier portfolios, and contribute to various initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include monitoring supplier performance KPIs and aligning material planning and ERP settings with project Supply Chain (SC) objectives.

Your key responsibilities:


  • Managing your supplier portfolio to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Effectively communicating delivery needs to suppliers and contributing to performance governance
  • Implementing action plans for performance enhancement and risk mitigation
  • Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure contractual agreements are accurately reflected in the ERP system
  • Monitoring and ensuring the availability of goods for Alstom projects
  • Contributing to SC objectives and targets through precise material planning and effective ERP settings
