Job Description

BMC Remedy Development, Admin and Integration
Responsible for owning the BMC helix environment at client siteand looking end to end functionalities of the system. Responsible to designing the complex approval flow for service request and Change Management Responsible for making complex Service Request and conditional PDT in order to generate the fulfilment request Responsible for setting up call centre integration for BMC Helix environment in order to generate WO on call receiver for Service Desk
