A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department. Manage and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor and maintain housekeeping inventories, ensuring supplies are always available. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality performance. Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes and guest satisfaction.
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role. Proficient in managing housekeeping schedules, inventories, and budgets. Strong communication skills to effectively lead and train a team. Eye for detail to ensure our guests receive only the highest quality service. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
