    Horizon Fitness L.L.C. is Oman’s premier fitness services provider. Horizon Fitness is on the threshold of a huge expansion & development program, currently operational in 14 locations across Muscat, Oman. These locations cover a large geographical area (Qurum, Al-Khuwair, Al-Khuwair, Al-Khoud , Al-Khoud , Madinat Al-Sultan Qaboos, Ruwi, Al-Athaiba, Al-Athaiba , Al-Amerat & Al-Mawaleh) & strive to meet & excel customer expectations at all times.

    About the Role:
    We are recruiting a HR Manager for the Head Office in Muscat. As a HR Manager you will be responsible to develop HR strategy, formulation and implementation of policies, procedures and establish guidelines for the company. To will establish uniform employment policies and confer with Department Heads to discuss improvement in working relationships, terms and maintain good work conditions and morale. You will conduct manpower planning and recruitment. You will undertake competency formulation, competency gap analysis, training and development. You will work to develop appropriate performance evaluation systems and monitor their use. You will also develop job evaluation and descriptions for every position. You will be held responsible for the general supervision and monitoring of grievance procedures and liaise with GM and Department Heads on actions. You will ensure all staff awareness of HR policies and guidelines.

    A passionate and experienced HR Personnel, your background will include managing the entire HR gamut. You are required to be a goal oriented & problem solving ability. You ought to possess a high degree of self confidence and initiative with the ability to articulate your views expressively to the Management. You should possess first class inter-personal communication skills in English with a preference to Arabic. You are required to be a team player.

    • To develop HR Strategy, formulation and implementation of polices, procedures and establish guidelines. Organizing, Managing & Coordinating the operations & functions of personnel.
    • To conduct manpower planning and recruitment.
    • To develop appropriate performance evaluation systems & Training.
    • To ensure all staff awareness of HR policies & guidelines.


    Education: MBA (HR) or MSW (HR)
    Experience: 5-6 years.
    Age Limit: 30yrs
    Preference: Arabic speaking.
