Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates for industrial projects.
  
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
  
• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
  
• Analyze project requirements and material costs.
  
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams.
  
• Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
  
• Evaluate vendor quotations and pricing.
  
• Support project planning and budgeting activities.
  

Required Skills

1. HVAC Estimation – Preparation of accurate project cost estimates.
   
2. Quantity Take-Off – Extraction of quantities from engineering drawings.
   
3. BOQ Preparation – Development of detailed bill of quantities.
   
4. Tendering & Bidding – Preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
   
5. AutoCAD Interpretation – Reading and understanding HVAC layouts.
   

Preferred Skills

• ERP or estimation software knowledge
  
• Industrial project exposure in GCC countries
  
• Value engineering and cost optimization
  

Work Experience Requirements

Industrial HVAC estimation experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs, and supporting tender submissions for industrial projects. Typical experience range: 3–8 years (typical).

Education

• Minimum: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (typical)
  
• Preferred: Mechanical Engineering specialization
  
• Additional: HVAC-related certifications
