About the job Sales Consultant

Our client is a very well-established retail company for high-end international kitchen brands across the GCC.


They are currently looking to hire 3 Sales Consultants for their showrooms in Muscat & Salalah in Oman.


Job responsibilities:


  • Execute the documented Sales process, translate it into a personal action, to give the sales approach the required personal touch.
  • Advising on customized kitchen designs meeting customers needs and budget.
  • Develop a trustful relationship with the customer
  • Present to clients high-end 3D animation and inspiring showroom tours
  • Advise on the appliances & accessories collection available through the company
  • Act as a first-class brand ambassador of the international brands available at stores
  • Proactively follow the Sales Process
  • Meeting with clients and working collaboratively to determine the design goals.
  • Planning overall appearance and function of the kitchen.
  • Coordinate colors, materials and lighting for the kitchen to achieve design goals.
  • Maintaining awareness of trends and product development as they relate to interior design.
  • Attract customer with a fast and easy simulation of his kitchen grab his/her visual attention to his
  • future kitchen
  • Secure welcoming routine with your colleagues at the moment customer enters the showroom
  • Secure accurate measurement of kitchen space in customer premises
  • Act as the company face to the customer, single point of contact during the kitchen project
  • Make sure Kitchen project is being followed up in a timely manner by back office activities monitor your projects on a regular basis

Requirements & Knowledge:


  • Essential: Minimum High school or Bachelors degree
  • Preferred: BSc in Marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Min 2 years of Sales or customer service experience
  • Proven work experience in a Retail Sales, Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  • Ability to use hand tools including a tape measure
  • Ability to draw projects to assist clients in conceptualizing the project is a plus
  • Good personal 3D dimension projection capabilities, first experience in 3D drawings would be an asset

Compensation and Benefits:


Basic Salary: 1500$ + Commission

Accommodation will be provided by the company for the first 2 weeks only.


Working days and hours: 5.5 days/week ; 9 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break
