Role Purpose:
Acting as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior business leaders, addressing various People-related needs, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and employee development, and ensuring alignment with company policies and the business's requirements.

Minimum role requirements:
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement people partnership strategies, plans, and initiatives
- Provide implementation support for newly developed People strategy, organization structure, People frameworks, policies, procedures, etc.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on People policies, procedures, and laws
- Oversee the collection of all recruitment needs and ensuring proper consolidation
- Coordinate and collaborate with concerned People functions to conduct job-specific interviews for key positions and assist in hiring and onboarding processes
- Support the implementation of the individual performance management process
- Manage unsolved and escalated personnel issues and grievances from regional offices
- Act as an interface between regional offices and People functions
- Initiate organization design changes based on region's needs, provide support in the implementation of new organization enablers, and roll out People processes
- Oversee unit-wise people engagement, talent management, and performance appraisal processes
- Collect talent development needs and share them with the Talent Development team
- Manage the development of necessary and updated tools to facilitate employee relations and services activities (contract renewal, leaves tracking, health insurance, travel arrangements, etc.)
