As the Senior Expert- Contracts Fulfilment and supportSenior Expert- Contracts Fulfilment and support you will be responsible of overseeing and facilitating improvements on technology contracts through vendor performance monitoring and compliance, enables a strong portfolio of contracts management, vendor managements and follow up on the contract’s performance with the contract owner.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible of the following :
Interprets, review and analyzes contracts to ensure the terms comply with legal, guidelines, contracting principles, cost constraints as well as with corporate procedures. Engaged with procurement to ensures that vendor selections and partnerships are implemented timely against the project roadmap. Establishes and manages regular business reviews with key vendors and partners and review their performance KPIs as reported by the contract owner. Monitors compliance to contract terms and conditions, supplier quality and service, resolves associated issues, and pushes the imposition of penalties if a contract is breached Analyzes amendments to existing contracts or requests for extensions. Provides recommendations of approval or alternate solutions to senior management Negotiate changes along with procurement (e.g., extensions of delivery schedules, price adjustments, terms and conditions) resulting from contract modifications. Review compliance to ensure effective implementation of processes through leading periodic checks Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes. Monitor contract within the available system to ensure that the contract is stored properly; and the contract data is maintained and updated periodically. Builds and implements a governance model to improve the vendor and partner on contract management within Ooredoo Technology, including the required detailed committees and processes Coordinate with procurement to expedites the sourcing process by doing a market scouting and shortlisting based on the requirements stated by relevant CTIO teams with the objective to speed-up the project timeline. Participates in major contract negotiations and proposes improvement to contract specs Provides services to help develop a business case, and provide overall advice on industry best practices Participates in the selection of vendors and partners based on the technical evaluation of relevant CTIO teams Reports regularly to senior management on vendor and partnership roadmap, performance and improvement plans Ability to ensure that stakeholders understand the contracts and utilizing all the entitlements that have been negotiated
The Person
You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, procurement, outsourcing and vendor management, proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses, strong understanding of Contracts management, budget management experience with a bachelor degree on telecom, contracts ,business or related fields.
