Job Summary:

The Well Testing Performance Live Engineer is responsible for delivering high quality services to clients from a Performance Live Center. They coach trainees at the wellsite and supervise Operators at the wellsite & provide direction as necessary. They have comprehensive oversight of risk management and ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.

Relationships:

Reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

Candidate’s duties may include the following:

• Captures data from the field in the business system
• Manages any deviation from the job program through proper Management of Change
• Manages any incidents at the wellsite, by properly reporting it and escalating it
• Completes all job deliverables accurately and timely
• Obtains the Customer acceptance of the job deliverables
• Participates in all Job reviews and job debriefs
• Prepares the Job invoice with supporting documentation.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Discipline
• Background working with data acquisition and/or multiphase metering
• Strong technical aptitude
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
