We are seeking a talented and experienced Analytics Engineer with strong knowledge in JavaScript and expertise in Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making processes within our organization. Knowledge of Google Analytics is desirable, but not mandatory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop, implement, and maintain analytics tracking codes using JavaScript to capture relevant data points on web and mobile platforms.
Configure and customize Adobe Analytics tools to collect, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
Design and optimize data models and pipelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of analytics reports.
Perform data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that inform business strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytics implementation and data discrepancies.
Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in analytics, JavaScript, and digital marketing platforms
What You Know
Strong proficiency in JavaScript programming language.
Proven experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and configuration.
Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
Experience working with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Google Tag Manager).
Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and integrity
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, or statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
