Job Description
  • Autonomously drive new user through paid channels (Paid Social, Display , Programmatic, Affiliate  and CRM) for PK Market;


  • Manage daily budgets and target objectives like Installs, Acquisition, Retention, Reactivation, Conversions


  • Manage Life Cycle Journeys and develop lookalike strategies on Daily CRM communications


  • Identifying the most relevant user segments to target, develop un-identified cohorts for treatment


  • Optimize send and open rates for CRM communications


  • Monitor incentive based journeys to strengthen user recency, frequency and monetary contribution


  • Design and optimize the end to end new user journey through the paid channels to achieve the best ROAs and CPAs, via methods including but not limited to:


    • Monitoring keyword ranks and trends, feeding back relevant insights to the marketing team


    • Briefing the creative team and sharing insights from tests to produce high quality assets that maximize conversion


    • Choosing the most efficient bidding strategies by channel and by market


    • Optimizing CTR of landing pages


  • Take an active part in the seasonal marketing brainstorming session and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to create seasonal campaigns that ensure the consistency and relevance of the Urban brand


  • Build custom weekly and monthly reporting for your channels. Report to the Senior Manager-Performance Marketing & CRM and the rest of the executive team on the performance of your channels. Share relevant insights and test results


  • Analytics: Be able to collect large amounts of data, draw conclusions and define actions based on learnings


  • Stay up to date with the paid media best practices and be proactive by testing new channels/formats when appropriate



Qualifications
  • You have 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical andtechnical environment, and a proven track record of working on large scale ad accounts.


  • You’re experienced when it comes to mobile measurement and app analytics platforms such as Adjust, Google Analytics, etc.


  • Acquainted with the technicalities involved within Paid Media and CRM platforms i.e. Adwords, Smartly, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Braze


  • You’re an expert when it comes to mobile app campaigns across Android & iOS.


  • You have solid experience with data visualization tools and designing reporting templates.
