Job Description

As the Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Johnny and Jugnu, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Your primary duties will include developing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the employer brand and implementing talent acquisition best practices. 


Responsibilities:


  1. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various job levels and functions.
  2. Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, external recruitment agencies, and candidates.
  4. Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
  5. Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and selection processes to ensure legal and ethical practices are followed
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on cross-functional team hiring.
  3. Proven success in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various levels and functions.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate assessment, interview techniques, and employment law compliance.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  8. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
  9. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  10. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment.

• Experience in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract passive candidates.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs, including cultivating relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a database of qualified talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes, track candidate data, and generate reports for analysis.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices, including sourcing strategies that attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring fair and equitable selection processes.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and deliver optimal results.
• Ability to lead recruitment projects from initiation to completion, including setting objectives, developing action plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to achieve desired outcomes.
• Proficiency in negotiating employment offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms, to secure top talent while maintaining alignment with organizational budget and policies.
