Key Accountabilities
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases
•Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information
•Analyze and document current business processes and workflows
•Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows
•Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating effective communication
•Ensure that all relevant parties have a shared understanding of project requirements and objectives
•Work closely with solution architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
•Provide input into the design of technology solutions that align with business needs
•Collaborate with business users to define UAT scenarios and test cases
•Support business users during UAT, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements
•Support change management efforts by assisting in the development of training materials and providing training to end users
•Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and address concerns
•Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making
•Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies
•Assist in project planning and coordination activities
•Support Project Manager to track and report on project progress, issues, and risks
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
•Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business analysis methodologies
•Provide training and documentation for end-users as needed
