2. Hands-on experience in the following applications:
• Departure Control Systems (DCS)
• Resource Management Systems (RMS)
• Self Service and Baggage drop Kiosk (desirable)
• Biometric integration (desirable)
3. Experience documenting business requirements and/or release notes.
4. Experience in performing User Acceptance tests.
