The Opportunity:


  • Senior Business Analysts shape and lead design activities and operating model definition and are at the centre of Business Change (Digital Delivery) function. Primarily, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programmes. They will lead multi skilled teams responsible for the Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Senior Business Analysts often act as experts across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, guiding the teams on their approach to Requirements Management and other analysis activity. Senior Business Analyst’s will also oversee Change Management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.

What you’ll do:


  • Supports and guides the Product Owner to create/evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
  • Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
  • Engages with senior technology project and technology program managers as well as product owners
  • Ensure all requirements are aligned to strategic data models and operating model and all exceptions are duly recorded and ratified.
  • Supports the program management with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on program plan and provides accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope
  • Ensure all requirements have suitable benefits associated with it and full traceability on ownership of requirement and success criteria for each requirement
  • Perform in-depth impact assessment of proposed changes on processes, data and systems and formally document.
  • Work with transformation lead and wider project team to ensure the change initiatives, linked to the Transformation program, are pushed through to completion.
  • Drives adoption of the best practices across the BA community
