Compliance Coordinator (Night Shift)

LDP Logistics is currently seeking fresh and experienced professionals to fill the position of Compliance Associate who is self motivated and looking forward to step up in their career and grow up in a dynamic and fast paced organization.
Incumbent must be able to perform following
Manage carrier onboarding, investigations, and follow-ups
Ensuring the given MC numbers are complied with business needs
Oversee compliance records, ensuring validation and accuracy
Maintaining comprehensive case logs
Conducting reviews, ratings, and profile checks of company associated Portals
Validating carriers' information through respective insurance companies
Auction and monitor emails on regular basis
Authenticate carrier ID's to the accounts team for processing of Rate Confirmation
Enhancing carrier pool for operational efficacy
Verify the email addresses of carriers supplied by the team by cross-referencing them with FMCSA through calls or emails to the carrier's registered contact information.
Skill Set:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in compliance-related roles within the logistics or transportation industry.
Familiarity with Compliance Standards.
Strong attention to details.
Proficient in Ms Excel basics and proficiency in using relevant software's and software.
Having an aptitude and expertise in conducting thorough investigations, attention to minute details, and maintaining robust follow-up procedures
