RequirementsWhat you’ll be doing:
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to support various data processing requirements.
Develop and implement orchestration pipelines for scheduling and monitoring data workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
Optimize and scale data infrastructure to handle growing volumes of data.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and recommend improvements to our data infrastructure.
What you’ll bring along:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
2-3 years of experience in data engineering roles and building large pipelines for AI applications.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, Sagemaker, etc.
Strong programming skills in Python are required.
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, MLflow, etc.
Good command on relational databases and geodatabases is required. Experience working with Data Warehousing is a plus.
Experience working with Pytorch, Tensorflow, OpenCV, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib is a plus.
Should be comfortable in working cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts.

Transconomy, a startup supported by iENGINEERING, aims to revolutionize the entire road asset management chain: from collecting roadway/drone imagery to extracting features of interest to providing data maps and decision support systems.
