Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL and data processing pipelines.

  
  

• Build and manage distributed data workflows using Python and PySpark.

  
  

• Work with cloud-based big data technologies including AWS S3, EMR, Apache Hive, Apache Hudi, and Apache Kafka.

  
  

• Develop reliable batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines.

  
  

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline performance and reliability.

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.

  
  

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.

  
  

• Participate in debugging production issues and maintaining data platform operations.

  
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation for data workflows and processes.

  
  

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.

  
  

• 01 - 03 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or data engineering.

  
  

• Strong programming skills in Python.

  
  

• Experience working with PySpark and distributed data processing frameworks.

  
  

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services including S3 and EMR.

  
  

• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

  
  

• Understanding of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and big data ecosystems.

  
  

• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows.

  
  

• IT healthcare domain knowledge will be preferable.

  
  

• Interest and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks as needed.

  
  

• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
