Laboratory Equipment Division, India Engineering Centre (IEC), Hyderabad

Discover Impactful Work:

Selected Candidate will work as Software Engineer for Laboratory Equipment division on design and development, testing of ThemroFisher Products.

A day in the Life:

• Independently Design, develop, implement and test embedded Software for Laboratory products
• perform testing at IEC labs
• Prepare test report, participate in periodic review with Leadership team

Keys to Success:

Education

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science engineering or related field or equivalent form reputed College or University

Skills

• Strong firmware development experience on Linux/C/C++ for ARM plat forms, aware of different controllers & clearly understands critical architectures.
• Able to independently write complex C++ & C programs.
• Experience in application development and Linux device driver development in kernel mode
• Experience with Uboot, Buildroot or Yocto is required
• Experience in design and development of User Interface on Qt/QML
• Experience in Board bring up and OS porting is a plus
• Very good with data structures, design patterns, object-oriented design and algorithms used in programming.
• Very strong with network programming using TCP/IP, USB interfaces, Serial interfaces.
• Experienced in various bus interfaces like CAN, SPI and I2C, protocol implementation
• Prior experience with working in a globally spread cross functional teams
• Ability to prepare reports and presentation on the work progress
• good interpersonal skills
