Job Description

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and manage BPO performance to ensure daily efficiency.

Strategy Development: Develop innovative strategies for deals and discounts to drive conversions and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction.


Process Improvement: Implement new processes to increase BPO efficiency.


SOP Creation/Update: Update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve performance.


Product and Optimization Focus: Collaborate with relevant teams to explore opportunities for automating manual tasks and optimizing operations to achieve maximum efficiency.


Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis of deals post-implementation to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.


System Proficiency: Stay updated with relevant systems and tools, ensuring a clear understanding of product functionalities and execution processes.

Role Breakdown:


This role offers a unique blend of operations, strategy, and performance analysis, providing an opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic environment.


  • Operational Work: 40%


  • Strategy Work: 25%


  • Performance Analysis: 35%



Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, with previous experience in operations management and strategy development, preferably in the e-commerce or related industry.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.


  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


  • Proven track record of process improvement and optimization initiatives.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant tools and systems.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


  • Must be aware of tools:- (Tableau, Advance Excel, Gsheets) SQL is a plus.
