Functional Analyst - Karachi

Hiring for one of our company which is a Belgian MNC, operating in Pakistan since 2017. They are operational in more than 37 countries across the Globe. It is the leading trader of Fertilizer, Chemicals & Animal Nutrition in Pakistan.


Job Description:


Key responsibilities:


  1. Monitoring the ongoing transactions & verify against mistakes and solve the mistakes with the respective persons.
  2. Improvement of current process.
  3. Review critically how we work and the system has been set up
  4. Sit together with local teams and try to match with F&O capabilities.
  5. Align with development team for improvements required .
  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Implementation Partner to gather and document functional requirements.
  7. Ensure Project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  8. Work closely with implementation partner, PMO and Business POCs and ensure the timely milestones deliverables.
  9. Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  10. Continuously report projects progress, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  11. Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution.
  12. Perform and Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts during the implementation.
  13. Monitor and report progress to stakeholders and resolve implementation issues.
  14. Lead the Business in ERP implementation.
  15. Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of configurations and customizations.
  16. Address and resolve post-implementation issues and enhancements.

Reporting:


Create Dashboards for management decision making in PowerBI plug in,


Use Existing Excel reports as basis.


Make own suggestions.


Training


We will roll out dynamics F&O to the lowest level in our organization.


Link with HQ to give access to everyone.


CE:


Bridging between local needs and development team;


Train local teams once CE is available


Control the Data input


Key understanding of:


Dynamics F&O


PowerBI


Dynamics CE


Requirements:


3+ years of experience.


The candidate must have prior experience with ERP implementation, he must have a good understanding of PMO and good level of English. Ideal candidate has a business education rather than an IT background.


Other Details:


Location: Karachi - Block-4 Clifton, Karachi


Timings: Monday - Friday ( 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)


Experience: 3+ years
